D|CIFA takes confidentiality seriously. We make two pledges in this regard:
We pledge to our clients that we will not disclose to third parties the identity of those organisations who have utilised our services.
We also pledge to the staff of our clients that their participation will remain completely confidential and nothing they say will be able to be traced back to them personally.
Confidentiality is extremely important and any breach of trust will significantly undermine our ability to provide the best outcome for our clients and their staff. Our testimonials remain anonymous for this reason.
We are a small business and when the Staff from D|CIFA came to provide the report from the analysis undertaken they stated they had identified $150,000 of savings per annum. Having implemented their recommendations we believe that they undersold themselves and it is closer to $250,000 per annum in savings that we have been able to make.
D|CIFA identified that we were going to have a staff retention problem moving forward. We did not believe them as we had experienced very positive retention rates over the past years. It occurred exactly as they mentioned and had we listened we would have been in a much better position to positively deal with the resulting staff turnover that we experienced.
D|CIFA helped us to fundamentally change our understanding of our business resulting in significant improvements. This has made us a better business.
The report from D|CIFA enabled us to see some keen insights into our business and identify immediate cost savings, as well as some big picture changes that needed to be made. Making sure our management team keep on top of it, is the next step.
They were able to identify what seems to have been obvious to everyone but us in senior management. The ongoing improvements in overall staff performance are having a profound impact on our bottom line. This, in turn, has created an overall culture shift in the company.
What seemed to be a simple interviewing exercise was actually a significantly complex process. We certainly underestimated the total degree of improvement that was available to us as a business. We thought we were actually pretty good. But now we know we can do a lot better.
